Manager, Fraud Operations

For our client, we are seeking a Manager, Fraud Operations to join the team of a leader in the Finance & Insurance space. This role will guide multiple Fraud Operations teams, driving performance, operational rigor, and service quality in a fast-paced environment. The manager will partner across the organization to improve workflows, manage escalations, and deliver meaningful change that strengthens fraud prevention efforts. The position also requires strong leadership through ambiguity, with an emphasis on strategic execution, executive communication, and data-driven decision-making.
