About the role
This role will lead operational priorities focused on execution quality, efficiency, safety, and measurable performance outcomes. You will collaborate with field leadership, support functions, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve accountability, service delivery, and operational consistency. The position offers the opportunity to influence operational scale, customer outcomes, and organizational performance within a technology-driven environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead analysis of large-scale data to detect fraud signals
- Develop monitoring frameworks and dashboards to counter emerging fraud threats
- Optimize AI agent performance for fraud operations
- Collaborate with Machine Learning team on fraud model feature recommendations
- Track operational efficiency and report on fraud savings
- Mentor and coach junior data analysts
- Conduct design and code reviews for technical excellence
- Define and execute fraud strategies in partnership with cross-functional teams
Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in fraud analytics, preferably in e-commerce or retail
- 2+ years of experience managing and mentoring analytics teams
- Proficiency in SQL and familiarity with Python
- Expertise in statistical analysis, data wrangling, and data storytelling
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- High attention to detail and a strong understanding of user behavior and fraud patterns
- Experience in a startup or high-growth environment is preferred
Pay
$157,250 – $182,750 annually
