Responsibilities
- Own the financial relationship for your portfolio of franchisees—lead key meetings, track KPIs, and resolve ad-hoc challenges.
- Oversee Billing & Revenue: Ensure timely, accurate invoicing for the Burger King brand across LAC, keeping revenue flowing and systems in check.
- Partner with our Development Team to implement new franchise agreements, ensure accurate setup of revenue streams, and monitor Net Restaurant Growth.
- Spearhead cross-functional initiatives that improve our finance operations framework.
- Develop accounting workflows tailored to new markets in line with franchise agreements.
- Ensure timely payment of receivables and minimize bad debt exposure.
- Serve as a trusted advisor and internal point of contact for all financial matters impacting your franchisees and internal stakeholders.
- Equip VPs, Directors, and Senior Managers with tailored reports and insights that support decision-making.
- Continuously improve procedures to maximize team efficiency and impact.
Qualifications & Skills
- 4–7 years in finance, accounting, or accounts receivable roles, ideally with exposure to franchised business models.
- Proven experience leading a small team (2–3 people).
- Hands-on, highly organized, and able to juggle multiple priorities with ease.
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills—you're comfortable speaking with stakeholders at all levels.
- A self-driven person with strong attention to detail.
- Proficient in SAP FI and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Outlook, Teams).
- Experience with Snowflake, Power BI, or Smartsheet is a plus.
Requirements
To perform the essential functions of this role, fluency in both English and Spanish is required.
