Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the system owner and primary administrator for Workday Adaptive Planning, including architecture, metadata, security, and governance;
- Design and maintain complex financial models, dashboards, and reporting to support company-wide planning and analysis;
- Own and enhance budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes across the organization;
- Develop scalable self-service reporting and analytics capabilities for finance leadership and executive stakeholders;
- Define and maintain financial planning system architecture, ensuring scalability, performance, and data integrity;
- Manage system configuration and integrations, including calculated accounts, versions, security, and data pipelines;
- Develop and execute the FP&A planning technology roadmap, driving automation, enhancements, and continuous improvement;
- Partner cross-functionally with FP&A, Accounting, Development, Operations, IT, and data teams to deliver scalable system solutions;
- Lead user enablement, documentation, training, and ongoing system support to ensure strong adoption and performance.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field;
- 5+ years of experience in financial systems, FP&A systems administration, or finance technology roles;
- 3+ years of hands-on Workday Adaptive Planning experience, including model design, reporting, dashboards, security, and data integrations;
- Strong understanding of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes;
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling;
- Experience managing financial systems governance, data integrity, and model accuracy;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a high attention to detail;
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for business stakeholders;
- Proven ability to collaborate across finance, operations, and technology teams;
- Experience in renewable energy, private equity, or similar capital-intensive investment environments is preferred.
Compensation and Location
