Manager - FP&A

Role and Responsibilities

• Drive all CFO-related workstreams forward, including updating monthly financials, budgeting, bookkeeping, and building out financial projection models
• Perform customer-level data analysis (e.g., cohort analyses, unit economics, etc.)
• Work closely with the CEO and other key executives to research, plan, and execute on new initiatives and special projects

Requirements

• Previous work experience in consulting, private equity or investment banking, and/or venture capital
• 5+ years of experience in FP&A
• A high level of proficiency using Excel
• Proven ability to act autonomously
• Intellectual curiosity to present new ideas and think outside the box
• The ability to help shape processes and procedures from the ground up

Qualifications

• No prior experience in the real estate/mortgage industry necessary
• Willingness to travel not expected for this position
