What You'll Do
- Lead the development and maintenance of short-term and long-range cash flow forecasts to support strategic business planning and liquidity management
- Partner with leadership on annual budgeting, monthly forecasting, and financial planning initiatives across the organization
- Build and enhance free cash flow and integrated three-statement financial models to support business planning and scenario analysis
- Evaluate liquidity trends, funding requirements, and working capital performance to identify risks and opportunities for improvement
- Maintain budgeted and forecasted balance sheet models while analyzing key balance sheet accounts and business drivers
- Support treasury activities, including cash management, banking relationships, debt compliance, and balance optimization
- Support corporate development initiatives through M&A financial modeling, due diligence, and pro forma analysis
- Prepare executive-level reporting, dashboards, and Board materials that provide meaningful insights into financial performance and business strategy
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or Accounting, required; MBA preferred
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance or treasury required
- Advanced expertise in three-statement financial modeling, cash flow forecasting, and scenario analysis
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-support capabilities
- Executive presence with the ability to communicate financial insights effectively to senior leaders and key stakeholders
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial planning tools
- CPA, CFA, or other relevant certification preferred

Pay
Salary Range $130,000 - $150,000 Salary is based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, training, and fair market evaluation based on industry standards.
