Manager, Firmware Engineering

For our client, we are seeking a Manager, Firmware Engineering to join the team of a leader in the Enterprise Technology space. This role will guide a small engineering team focused on embedded systems, edge ML, and AI-enabled device capabilities. The manager will balance hands-on technical leadership with people management, helping convert new product ideas into reliable, deployable solutions. This position partners closely with cross-functional teams to set priorities, define technical standards, and keep execution aligned with broader roadmap goals.
