Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Responsible for the preparation and timely filing of NNN’s financial reporting requirements under SEC 1934 ACT, including: Forms 10-Q and 10-K, including financial statements, footnotes, MD&A disclosures, schedules, exhibits and certifications; Form 8-Ks as required, including Earnings Release and Supplemental Reporting; Utilize 3rd party software solution for full cycle filing process, including XBRL.
- Serve as primary contact for auditor SEC requests, including quarterly checklists and filing support.
- Work closely with Investor Relations team and provide tie out support and review of the Annual Report to Shareholders, Letter to Shareholders and quarterly Investor Slide Deck.
- Prepare or review of internal and external reports and Power BI data loads, as assigned.
- Oversee and review of all facets of the Rent Roll, including monthly updates, reconciliations and the reporting package.
- Work with IT team on Power BI visualizations and reporting.
- Assist with tenant/property level financial data: Preparation and review of tenant store level financial analysis; Design, create and maintain visualizations and reports with Power BI.
- Assist with NNN’s budgeting and forecasting process, as assigned.
- Conduct proactive technical research on emerging GAAP standards and SEC reporting regulations and present findings to accounting team and senior management on a quarterly basis, as needed.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university with a major in accounting, and five+ years related experience required; or equivalent
- Certificates, Licenses, Registrations combination of education and experience. SEC experience preferred.
