About the role
The Manager, Financial Reporting position is responsible for overseeing financial reporting processes within the organization.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage financial reporting processes to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement financial reporting strategies.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports to provide insights and support decision-making.
- Ensure adherence to internal controls and financial policies.
- Manage relationships with external auditors and regulatory bodies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in financial reporting and analysis.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Experience working with ERP systems and financial software.
Qualifications
- CPA certification preferred.
- Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
- Experience with financial modeling and budgeting.
Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

Pay
Salary range: $70,000 - $90,000 annually.
Schedule
Full-time position, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
