We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. The posting includes: description (What's in it for you? etc). We need to map content. We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID. Remove boilerplate: EEO, equal opportunity, etc. Also remove application instructions (none). Remove cookie/navigation/legal. We need to preserve all substantive info. Let's extract sections: - About the role: The introductory paragraph(s) describing role: "Turn project data into better business decisions. Fehr Graham is looking for a Financial Planning and Project Accounting Manager who can see beyond the numbers. You’ll lead our project accounting and financial analysis team, strengthen how we plan and forecast, and help project managers and operational leaders understand what the numbers mean for their work. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who enjoys digging into project performance, improving how information is reported and giving people the financial insight they need to make better decisions." - What’s in it for you? Could be Benefits? Actually "What’s in it for you?" describes opportunity to shape, work with leaders, lead team, improve processes, build tools. That's more about role/responsibilities/benefits. Could be part of About the role or Responsibilities. We'll decide. - Where you’ll work: location Rochelle, Illinois, office. Culture: relationships matter, have fun, professional development. That's more about Benefits/Work environment. - GO BEYOND THE JOB AD: ignore. - What You’ll Do: list of duties (lead project accounting, lead team, partner with PMs, build budgets, recommend improvements, make decisions, flag risks, work with Controller). That's Responsibilities. - What It Takes: qualifications: degree, 7+ years experience, AEC preferred, Excel, Deltek Vantagepoint, Power BI, knowledge of project accounting, experience leading cycles, ability to balance deadlines, strong budgeting/forecasting/variance analysis, ability to turn data into recommendations. That's Requirements/Qualifications/Skills. - What You’ll Get: opportunities to grow, competitive salary, benefits list: medical/life/disability insurance, 401K profit-sharing plan, paid time off, awesome work environment. Also mention Learn more about Fehr Graham’s people, culture and projects on our website. That's Benefits. - Benefits & Pay Transparency: base salary range indicated in posting (but not given explicitly). It says "The base salary range for this role is indicated in the posting." However no actual numbers provided. Since we don't have actual numbers, we cannot create Pay section because we would be inventing placeholder. The instruction: never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. Benefits we have explicit list, so we can include Benefits. Pay: we don't have actual range, just statement that it's indicated but not shown. Since we don't have the range, we should not include Pay section. Schedule: not mentioned, so omit. Thus sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements (maybe combine Qualifications and Skills), Benefits. Could also include Skills as separate if we have specific skills list. The posting includes "Strong Excel skills and experience with Deltek Vantagepoint, Power BI or comparable systems." That's a skill. Also "Strong budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, variance analysis and management reporting skills." Also "Ability to take complex financial and project data and turn it into clear recommendations for nonfinance leaders." Those could be Skills. We could make a Skills section. But we need to avoid thin sections. Could combine Requirements and Skills into one "Requirements" with bullet list covering experience, education, skills. However the instruction: Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. So we can have a Requirements section with bullet list covering education, experience, preferred experience, technical skills, knowledge, abilities. We'll also have Benefits section with bullet list. We need headings:

for each section. We must not include empty sections. Let's craft:

    About the role

Turn project data into better business decisions. Fehr Graham is looking for a Financial Planning and Project Accounting Manager who can see beyond the numbers. You’ll lead our project accounting and financial analysis team, strengthen how we plan and forecast, and help project managers and operational leaders understand what the numbers mean for their work. This is a hands‑on leadership role for someone who enjoys digging into project performance, improving how information is reported and giving people the financial insight they need to make better decisions.

    Responsibilities

    • Lead project accounting, project profitability reporting, budgeting and forecasting, management dashboards, key performance indicators and business analytics.
    • Lead and develop the project accounting and financial analysis team, including work assignments, feedback and professional development.
    • Partner with project managers and operational leaders to understand results, evaluate project performance and determine next steps.
    • Build and improve budgets, forecasts, profitability models, dashboards and leadership reporting.
    • Recommend improvements to financial planning, project accounting, data quality, reporting and business processes.
    • Make decisions about analytical methods, reporting approaches, team assignments and routine process improvements within established financial controls.
    • Flag significant financial risks, forecast concerns, control issues and project performance concerns to the CFO.
    • Work with the Controller to keep responsibilities and handoffs between project accounting and general accounting clear and efficient.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or a related field.
    • 7+ years of progressive experience in project accounting, financial planning and analysis, or related finance work, including leadership or supervisory responsibility.
    • Experience in an architecture, engineering or construction (AEC), professional services or other project‑based environment preferred.
    • Strong Excel skills and experience with Deltek Vantagepoint, Power BI or comparable systems.
    • Knowledge of project accounting, including project setup, revenue recognition, work in progress, billing, multipliers, backlog and project profitability.
    • Experience leading accurate, timely project accounting and financial analysis cycles.
    • Ability to balance recurring reporting deadlines with ad hoc analysis and business needs.
    • Strong budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, variance analysis and management reporting skills.
    • Ability to take complex financial and project data and turn it into clear recommendations for non‑finance leaders.

    Benefits

    • Competitive salary.
    • Medical, life and disability insurance.
    • 401K profit‑sharing plan.
    • Paid time off.
    • Awesome work environment with a focus on professional development, collaboration and fun (core value “Have Fun”).
We should not include Pay section because no explicit range. Schedule not present. Check if any content duplicated: we included "competitive salary" from What You’ll Get. Also we included "awesome work environment". Good. We removed boilerplate: EEO, etc. Also removed "GO BEYOND THE JOB AD". Also removed "Learn more about Fehr Graham’s people, culture and projects on our website." Could be considered part of Benefits? It's a link to learn more; but it's not a benefit per se. Might be considered optional. The instruction: preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. That line is substantive? It's a call to action to learn more; could be considered navigation/link. Might be considered boilerplate? It's not legal/EEO. It's a promotional line. Might be okay to keep? But it's not a benefit, not a duty. Could be placed under About the role? It's more like "Learn more...". Since it's not a duty/requirement/benefit, maybe we can drop it as it's akin to navigation. The instruction: Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. "Learn more about Fehr Graham’s people, culture and projects on our website." is navigation/link. So we can drop it. Also we dropped "What’s in it for you?" content; we integrated some into About the role? Actually we didn't include that explicitly. The "What’s in it for you?" paragraph: "You’ll have the opportunity to shape how financial information supports a growing professional services firm. You won’t be sitting on the sidelines producing reports – you’ll work directly with project managers, operational leaders and the Chief Financial Officer to improve project profitability, forecasting and business performance. You’ll also lead and develop a team, improve processes, and help build financial tools and reporting that people can actually use." This is substantive about role/responsibilities. We could incorporate into About the role or Responsibilities. Since we already have Responsibilities covering many duties, we could add those points to Responsibilities as bullets. Let's add them. Add to Responsibilities bullets: - Opportunity to shape how financial information supports a growing professional services firm. - Work directly with project managers, operational leaders and the CFO to improve project profitability, forecasting and business performance. - Lead and develop a team, improve processes, and help build financial tools and reporting that people can actually use. But note we already have "Lead and develop the project accounting and financial analysis team" bullet; similar. We can keep but maybe combine. To avoid duplication, we can adjust. Let's rewrite Responsibilities to include all: - Lead project accounting, project profitability reporting, budgeting and forecasting, management dashboards, key performance indicators and business analytics. - Lead and develop the project accounting and financial analysis team, including work assignments, feedback and professional development. - Partner with project managers and operational leaders to understand results, evaluate project performance and determine next steps. - Build and improve budgets, forecasts, profitability models, dashboards and leadership reporting. - Recommend improvements to financial planning, project accounting, data quality, reporting and business processes. - Make decisions about analytical methods, reporting approaches, team assignments and routine process improvements within established financial controls. - Flag significant financial risks, forecast concerns, control issues and project performance concerns to the CFO. - Work with the Controller to keep responsibilities and handoffs between project accounting and general accounting clear and efficient. - Shape how financial information supports a growing professional services firm. - Work directly with project managers, operational leaders and the CFO to improve project profitability, forecasting and business performance. - Lead and develop a team, improve processes, and help build financial tools and reporting that people can actually use. But we have duplication of lead/develop team. Could combine: maybe keep one bullet about leading/developing team and mention improving processes and building tools. Let's merge: "Lead and develop the project accounting and financial analysis team, including work assignments, feedback, professional development, process improvement and building financial tools and reporting that people can actually use." Also "Shape how financial information supports a growing professional services firm." and "Work directly with project managers, operational leaders and the CFO to improve project profitability, forecasting and business performance." are distinct. Thus final Responsibilities bullets: - Lead project accounting, project profitability reporting, budgeting and forecasting, management dashboards, key performance indicators and business analytics. - Lead and develop the project accounting and financial analysis team, including work assignments, feedback, professional development, process improvement and building financial tools and reporting that people can actually use. - Work directly with project managers, operational leaders and
