About the role
The Manager - Financial Due Diligence will be responsible for conducting thorough financial analyses and providing strategic insights to support investment decisions in the private equity advisory firm.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive financial due diligence on potential investments, including financial modeling, valuation analysis, and risk assessment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute financial strategies that align with the firm’s investment objectives.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to senior management.
- Stay updated with industry trends and regulatory changes that impact investment decisions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in financial analysis or related field.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel and other financial modeling tools.
- Experience working in the private equity or venture capital industry is preferred.
Qualifications

- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
Skills
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Knowledge of M&A processes and deal structures.
- Experience with financial modeling software such as Bloomberg, Dealogic, or similar platforms.
