About the role

The Manager - Financial Due Diligence will be responsible for conducting thorough financial analyses and providing strategic insights to support investment decisions in the private equity advisory firm.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive financial due diligence on potential investments, including financial modeling, valuation analysis, and risk assessment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute financial strategies that align with the firm’s investment objectives.
  • Prepare detailed reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to senior management.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and regulatory changes that impact investment decisions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in financial analysis or related field.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel and other financial modeling tools.
  • Experience working in the private equity or venture capital industry is preferred.

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.

Skills

  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • Knowledge of M&A processes and deal structures.
  • Experience with financial modeling software such as Bloomberg, Dealogic, or similar platforms.
