Manager - Financial Due Diligence - Financial Services

As a Financial Due Diligence Manager, you will perform financial due diligence for clients involved in acquisitions and divestitures, prepare detailed financial analyses, and interact with top-level management to gather pertinent information. This role also involves using various software tools, collaborating with other functional areas such as tax and audit, and assisting in the preparation of proposals and engagement letters.
Responsibilities
- Leads execution of diligence engagements.
- Oversees engagement teams and timelines.
- Manages client communication and issue resolution.
- Supports development of junior leaders.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 5–11 years of experience.

- Transaction or diligence exposure.

Pay
Compensation Range: $112,100 – $225,500. Individuals selected for this role will be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on firm and individual performance.
