Manager, Financial Accounting & Reporting

About the role

This role will strengthen forecasting, budgeting, and financial planning processes that guide business decisions. You will partner with executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to improve planning processes, financial discipline, controls, and resource allocation. The position offers the opportunity to influence enterprise performance and scalable financial operations within a regulated financial services environment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with financial accounting and reporting controls for accuracy
• Design and implement financial accounting processes and policies while promoting improvements
• Manage the organization’s implementation of new financial accounting systems
• Review and approve journal entries for accuracy
• Communicate clear and current financial reporting policies to stakeholders
• Oversee completion of assigned account reconciliations per policy
• Manage headcount, open positions, and departmental budget planning

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or advanced degree (where required)
• 8+ years of experience in related field
• 10+ years of experience in related field (if no degree)
• Certified Public Accountant or Certified Internal Auditor (highly preferred)

Pay

$118,691 – $189,906 annually
