We need to output HTML fragment with sections only if real specific content. Use

for headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We must not repeat job title. Must not include Job ID etc. Remove boilerplate. Must preserve all substantive info. We need to parse the job description and decide which sections have content. We have Company Description (maybe not needed? It's part of posting but not a required heading; we could include as About the role? Actually "About the role" could be job description summary. We have "Job Description" paragraph describing role. Could put that under About the role or Responsibilities. The instructions: use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we can choose which sections to include based on content. We have content: role description, responsibilities (multiple bullet-like paragraphs). We have qualifications (Required Qualifications). Also Leadership Competencies (maybe Skills). Also Additional Information includes Hybrid, benefits, salary info. We need to include sections only if real specific content. So we can have: - About the role: maybe a brief summary from first paragraph after Job Description? Could combine the initial description: "Versant is seeking a Manager, Finance Transformation to be a core member of the controllership and finance workstreams..." That's about the role. - Responsibilities: list of duties from the sections: Finance Transformation Strategy & Program, Finance Process, Data & Systems Design, Controls, Reporting & Close Enablement, Delivery, Adoption & Continuous Improvement. Those are responsibilities. - Requirements: maybe the qualifications? Actually "Requirements" could be the required qualifications (education, experience). We'll put Required Qualifications under Requirements or Qualifications? The instruction list includes both Requirements and Qualifications as possible headings. We need to decide. Usually Requirements = mandatory qualifications; Qualifications = preferred or additional. We have Required Qualifications block with bullet points. Also Leadership Competencies (maybe Skills). Also Additional Information includes Hybrid, benefits, salary. Thus we can structure:

We must not repeat job title. We must not include boilerplate like EEO etc. Remove those paragraphs. We must not include application instructions (like "As part of our selection process...").
