Manager: Finance Product Management

Primary Responsibilities

• Oversight of configuration and ongoing support of assigned Workday Finance modules.
• Management of enhancement intake, backlog tracking, and prioritization in coordination with stakeholders and the Platform Manager.
• Serving as a primary point of contact for Finance stakeholders, including managing escalations and issue resolution.
• Providing day-to-day leadership and guidance to a team of Finance Architects, Configurators, and Analysts.
• Collaboration with cross-functional teams to prioritize changes and enhancements based on business needs.
• Facilitation of requirements gathering sessions and support for User Acceptance Testing (UAT) execution.
• Monitoring case management processes and ensuring timely resolution of system issues, including high-impact items.
• Ensuring adherence to governance, standards, and best practices in system configuration and support.

Qualifications

• Appropriate experience may be substituted for education on an equivalent basis.
• Minimum Required Education: Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum Required Experience: 6+ years of progressive experience working with Workday platforms, including significant hands-on expertise in at least two of the following: FDM, Grants, Projects, Procurement.
• 3+ years of leadership or team lead experience.
