About the role

The Manager, Financial Planning and Analysis leads the Financial Planning and Analysis team by defining objectives, priorities, and deadlines required to meet short-term goals and objectives. This role is responsible for the success of each team member and typically manages the work efforts of supervisors and individual contributors.

Manages the Financial Planning and Analysis department, advancing strategic financial objectives. Oversees the moderate comprehensive financial performance of the organization and resource pools and budget management for the financial planning team. Enforces financial analysis and reporting standards and works closely with senior leadership to refine financial strategy and planning. Assesses and manages significant financial risks, identifies growth opportunities, and provides leadership and mentorship to finance staff. Represents the department in broader organizational financial discussions and develops intermediate-term financial strategies for organizational enhancement. Oversees general aspects of mergers, acquisitions, and significant financial transactions.

Requirements

• Minimum of 6+ years of experience
• Bachelor’s Degree

Pay

Compensation Range: $104,700 - $133,500
