Job Summary

Performs a variety of financial activities, including accounting, financial analysis, audit, tax, credit and collections; develops and evaluates financial plans and policies; establishes and maintains accounting, financial, and reporting policies and controls.

About the role

Supervises the daily activities of support staff or production team members. Sets priorities for the team to ensure task completion; coordinates work activities with other supervisors.

Responsibilities

• Forecasts and manages a cash flow that meets the needs of the company
• Maintains financial operations in compliance with governmental rules and regulations
• Leads and directs the work of other employees and has some responsibility for personnel actions related to hiring, performance, and disciplinary actions with concurrence from the HR Directors & General Managers
• Oversees the budget process and works with managers to produce and manage effective budgets

Requirements

• Required education and experience: Associate's Degree and 5-7 years' experience OR Equivalent Combination of Relevant Education &/or Experience
• Critical professional related technical skills; computer skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Physical Requirements
