Manager, Fashion Retail Tech Projects
About the role
As a Project Manager within the Fashion Technology Strategy team, you will support the delivery of strategic technology initiatives that enhance the tools, systems, and capabilities powering our US Fashion boutique network. Your work will contribute to improving retail operations, equipping boutique teams with modern digital tools, and ensuring a seamless experience for clients and advisors alike.
Responsibilities
- Support the rollout of a next-generation point-of-sale (POS) solution
- Deploy AI-enabled labor scheduling tools
- Optimize boutique operations through technology
- Partner closely with Boutique Excellence, Client Engagement, and Technology teams
- Translate business needs into clear requirements and coordinate across workstreams to keep projects on track
Requirements
- A minimum of 5 years of project management experience, ideally supporting technology initiatives in retail or retail operations environments
- Organized, dependable, and collaborative
- Experience with POS systems, in-store technology platforms, or retail workforce tools
- Familiarity with Agile or hybrid delivery methodologies, Atlassian project management tools (Confluence & JIRA)
Qualifications
- Proven experience managing large technology projects, ideally in luxury retail or boutique environments
- Strong project management skills; experience in highly complex, multi-stakeholder environments is a plus
- Expertise in stakeholder management, change management, and user adoption
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to engage with both technical and non-technical audiences
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities with excellent attention to detail
- A passion for retail excellence, technology innovation, and delivering exceptional client and team experiences
- Experience with Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence) preferred
- A high level of proficiency in Microsoft 365

Pay
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $70,000 through $115,000. Base salary is one component of the total compensation for this position. Other forms of variable pay [may/will] be offered for this position. Other components [may/will] include bonus potential, benefits, and/or perks.
Schedule
Partially Remote: Role requires a minimum of three days in-person office presence at the designated location/office. Location: New York City Office
