Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day delivery of client engagements, managing workstreams that design and implement omnichannel experience strategies.
- Collaborate with Associate Partners to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables that align to client goals.
- Synthesize data and insights into actionable experience blueprints and activation roadmaps.
- Facilitate client workshops and internal sessions to uncover customer needs and define requirements.
- Partner with analytics and data science teams to ensure measurable success metrics are embedded in strategy design.
- Develop and deliver polished presentations that translate complex findings into clear recommendations.
- Coach and mentor junior team members, fostering analytical rigor and storytelling skills.
- Contribute to building Beghou’s IP and internal knowledge base for Experience Strategy.
Requirements
- At least 8 years of experience in customer engagement, omnichannel strategy, or digital marketing—ideally within life sciences or consulting.
- Proven success leading cross-functional projects and managing client relationships.
- Strong analytical and communication skills, with an ability to bridge business and technology.
- Experience translating insights into frameworks and strategic recommendations.
- Familiarity with data platforms, CRM systems, and omnichannel orchestration tools.
- High comfort operating in fast-paced, collaborative consulting environments.
