Manager, Executive Talent Management

About the role

For our client, we are seeking a Manager, Executive Talent Management to join the team of a leader in the Retail & Consumer Goods space. This role will shape executive talent strategy by partnering closely with HR and business leaders to strengthen succession planning, performance management, and leadership development. The manager will help create consistent tools and practices that support talent discussions, mentoring, and career pathing across the organization. This is a highly cross-functional position with visibility across multiple levels of the business and an impact on workforce engagement and leadership readiness. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with HR partners and business leaders to develop talent discussions and succession planning tools
• Implement programs for associate and leadership development
• Establish a unified approach to mentoring and career pathing
• Oversee performance management processes and tools
• Support the creation of a high-performing and engaged workforce

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Performance Management and Talent Planning processes
• Project management experience in a corporate setting
• Strong analytical skills for employee data analysis
• Excellent facilitation, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Knowledge of employment law
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and SharePoint
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities

Pay

Compensation: $100,000 – $120,000 annually
