About the role
Product Implementation oversees and leads execution of mission-critical episodic and recurring product lifecycle events, including launches, liquidations and fund repositionings.
Responsibilities
- Manage all operational aspects of new index ETF launches (e.g., front-end process, back-office meetings, project plan, and unplanned events) and support the operational launch process for actively managed strategies.
- Lead the annual prospectus review process and make any required changes to index descriptions; manage associated filings, communications, and/or collateral updates (Legal has final accountability for execution).
- Work closely with product management, coordinate execution of share splits, maintain monthly closing price monitoring sheet.
- Execute benchmark changes and fund repositionings, whether one-off or programmatic (e.g., Spring 2023 changes).
- Work closely with Product Management, drive fund liquidation process - including developing a framework for analysis and coordinating operational efforts.
- Coordinate with Capital Markets on any changes in calculation times or costs.
- Play key support role for both Product Development and Product Management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree. Relevant master’s degree preferred but not required.
- Approximately 6 years of experience with recent experience within financial services/fund operations/fund processes.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of and experience in the financial markets, asset management, and ETFs.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced, evolving industry.
Pay
The annual base salary range for this role is $120,000-$170,000 (USD), which does not include discretionary bonus compensation. Total compensation may vary based on experience, role, location, department, and individual performance.
