Manager Enterprise-Wide Applications 2

For our client, we are seeking a Manager Enterprise-Wide Applications 2 to join the team of a leader in the Aerospace & Defense space. This role will oversee enterprise application strategy and governance across key business areas, with a strong focus on aligning technology solutions to business objectives. The manager will lead cross-functional stakeholders, guide a team of administrators and developers, and ensure application delivery supports scalability, adoption, and operational effectiveness. This position also plays a central role in budgeting, forecasting, training, and change management for major enterprise initiatives. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $133,200 – $199,800 annually Responsibilities Own the strategy and governance for a core enterprise applications program supporting key business areas Translate business objectives into a scalable, user-focused application strategy Lead a team of administrators and developers, providing direction and mentorship Serve as the primary contact for stakeholders in business development and environmental sustainability Manage budgets, forecasts, and statements of work for the program Lead major projects involving application configuration and enhancements Drive training and change management initiatives to promote effective application use Qualifications Bachelor’s degree with 8 years of relevant experience, or a Master’s degree with 6 years of experience, or 12 years of relevant experience without a degree Proven experience leading enterprise or multi-sector applications across various business units Strong project management skills, particularly in software or enterprise application delivery Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders Experience leading training sessions or communities of practice related to technology Strong organizational skills to manage multiple initiatives and priorities Demonstrated ability to lead remote teams and stakeholders Benefits Flexible work arrangements and a friendly team environment Exceptional learning opportunities with exposure to diverse projects 9/80 work schedule for better work-life balance Great 401k matching program and comprehensive healthcare benefits Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
