Manager, Enterprise Platform Operations
About the role
The Manager, Enterprise Platform Operations is responsible for leading the teams and technologies that provide the foundational infrastructure supporting enterprise applications, digital platforms, and business operations across Dave & Buster's and Main Event. This role combines hands-on technical leadership with people management responsibilities and serves as the operational owner of enterprise infrastructure services, cloud platforms, networking, identity services, and core platform operations. The position requires senior-level technical depth across modern infrastructure technologies, along with the ability to lead engineers, establish operational standards, drive infrastructure modernization efforts, and partner closely with Architecture, Platform Engineering, DevSecOps, SRE, Security, and Enterprise Applications teams. The ideal candidate is a highly technical player-coach capable of providing strategic direction, mentoring technical staff, and actively participating in complex infrastructure design, troubleshooting, and modernization initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Technical Leadership: Serve as the senior technical
