This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Manager, Enterprise Growth based in the United States. Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Enterprise Account Managers responsible for driving growth across strategic enterprise partnerships.
- Establish clear performance expectations, monitor sales funnel metrics, and provide ongoing coaching to improve team effectiveness and revenue outcomes.
- Partner with leadership on hiring, onboarding, training, and talent development initiatives to strengthen the account management organization.
- Own the enterprise growth funnel from target identification through activation, expansion, and retention.
- Collaborate with revenue operations teams to define funnel stages, reporting structures, tracking processes, and performance measurement frameworks.
- Identify growth bottlenecks, design improvement initiatives, and run structured tests to optimize conversion, adoption, and revenue performance.
- Develop operating cadences, forecasting processes, and workflows that make account management performance predictable and scalable.
- Improve sales efficiency by removing operational friction and ensuring teams spend more time focused on revenue-generating activities.
- Operationalize account expansion strategies, including whitespace analysis and account penetration models.
- Ensure CRM discipline and data accuracy to maintain reliable visibility into pipeline activity, outcomes, and opportunities.
- Analyze team and account-level performance across expansion, adoption, and retention metrics to identify strategic priorities.
- Develop playbooks, training resources, and tools that help account managers improve selling skills, prioritization, and account strategy.
- Build strong relationships with key enterprise stakeholders and support strategic account initiatives.
- Partner with product, marketing, and operations teams to share customer insights and improve the overall growth strategy.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Marketing, Psychology, Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in sales, account management, revenue operations, or a related growth function, with at least 2 years in a leadership or player-coach role.
- Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing, quota-carrying teams.
- Strong understanding of sales funnels, revenue processes, account expansion strategies, and performance optimization.
- Ability to analyze data, identify business challenges, develop hypotheses, and implement structured solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience managing strategic enterprise accounts and developing executive-level relationships.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable using CRM platforms such as Salesforce and reporting or business intelligence tools to monitor performance and build dashboards.
- Strategic, proactive, and test-driven mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Collaborative leadership style with the ability to work effectively across sales, operations, product, and marketing teams.
- Experience in healthcare technology, dental technology, or working with enterprise healthcare organizations is preferred.
