Manager, Engineering - Subscription Growth

Responsibilities

• Partner with Product and Design to explore growth solutions using qualitative and quantitative tools
• Ensure technically sound decisions are made in product contexts to implement growth strategies
• Manage delivery by maintaining a balanced backlog and prioritizing tech debt work
• Cookbook the engineering team, focusing on individual growth and team dynamics
• Cultivate a collaborative environment that promotes effective teamwork and high-quality output

Qualifications

• 4+ years leading engineering teams with a focus on product and design collaboration
• Strong analytical skills with experience in A/B testing and data attribution
• Background in building third-party integrations, preferably for subscription services
• Proven experience in consumer-facing app development using agile methodologies
• Able to connect engineering investments to business outcomes in strategic discussions
• Experience fostering high-trust engineering teams through mentorship
• Familiarity with best practices for high-traffic mobile applications and scalable architecture

Pay

$140,000 – $210,000 annually
