Manager Engineering Services

About the role

The Manager of Engineering Services oversees critical infrastructure operations at Yakima Memorial Hospital, ensuring uninterrupted utility services, building maintenance, and compliance with regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and manage Construction/Trades division, Operating Engineers, HVAC Technicians, Maintenance Mechanics, and Engineering Technicians.
• Provide direct and indirect supervision of staff in assigned area.
• Collaborate with the Manager, Systems Sustainability and Safety and individual Subject Matter Experts to develop short- and long-term plans and ensure assigned areas meet all Joint Commission and other regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in related field or ability to obtain within three (3) years.
• Three (3) years of experience in a supervisory or lead capacity.
• Five (5) years facilities experience in a healthcare setting (preferred).
• Professional Engineering license in mechanical or electrical engineering (preferred).

$91,416.00 - $131,518.40 USD. Pay influenced by factors such as skill set, experience, and certifications.
