Manager, Employee Engagement Communications (Hybrid)

For our client, we are seeking a Manager, Employee Engagement Communications (Hybrid) to join the team of a leader in the Aerospace & Defense space. This role will shape internal communications that inform, engage, and connect employees across multiple business units. The manager will serve as a strategic partner to leadership, helping align messaging with employee engagement priorities and broader organizational initiatives. This position is ideal for a communications professional who can combine thoughtful storytelling, strong planning, and execution discipline to support a complex, global business.
