Core Job Duties

  • Own the Digital Events Program
  • Execute on the isolved content strategy through successful planning and execution for all webinars, LinkedIn Lives and other digital event formats - maximizing reach, engagement, and business impact of every digital event format we run
  • Serve as the primary producer for live events - managing platforms, tech stack, run-of-show, dry runs and day-of logistics
  • Own and optimize our core tech stack: GoTo Webcast for live event production, Wistia for video hosting and on-demand content, HubSpot for registration and lead flow, Asana for project management and Claude for content development and workflow efficiency
  • Evaluate and pilot new formats and platforms - like LinkedIn Live and Riverside - that expand our reach and create new pipeline opportunities
  • Build repeatable, scalable production processes that maintain a high-quality bar as volume grows
  • Scale the program to meet evolving business needs - including our partner network, technology integration partners, Sales requests, and other cross-functional demands - without sacrificing quality or strategic fit
  • Drive Content Alignment
  • Work closely with the content team to ensure webinar topics are integrated into quarterly campaign themes
  • Evaluate incoming webinar requests against strategic fit and outcomes, and confidently align the medium to our departmental strategy
  • Partner with a wide range of subject matter experts - including C-level executives, industry analysts, and technology vendors - to develop compelling narratives, shape presentation flow and ensure every speaker shows up polished and on-message
  • Build trusted relationships with high-profile SMEs so they want to come back - and know what to expect when they partner with you
  • Translate complex product or industry topics into accessible, engaging event formats
  • Manage Pipeline & Prove Impact
  • Own the ongoing performance of digital event channels - tracking registrations, attendance rates, engagement, MQLs, pipeline influence, and revenue contribution - with a relentless focus on optimization
  • Approach every metric as a signal to act on, not just report: a 1% improvement every day compounds into a materially stronger program over time
  • Partner with demand gen to ensure proper follow-up sequences, lead routing and attribution are in place for every event
  • Create and maintain dashboards that connect event activity to business outcomes, and present findings to marketing leadership as well as to peers and colleagues who can learn from these findings
  • Continuously optimize the program based on data - content mix, timing, format, promotion strategy
  • Partner with the broader content team to maximize the lifespan of every event - turning recordings into short-form clips, transcripts into blog posts or social assets, and key moments into evergreen content that lives on well beyond the live event date

Lead & Develop Your Team

  • Manage and mentor one direct report who operates autonomously and is already embedded in event execution
  • Provide coaching, feedback and development opportunities to help your team member grow
  • Create clarity on roles, responsibilities, and standards so the team can operate efficiently without constant oversight
