Manager Digital Enablement
Responsibilities
Own the GSC digital enablement strategy — conducting GSC digital skills gap assessments, defining the multi-year upskilling roadmap, and continuously evolving programs to align with emerging digital priorities, AI advancements and evolving supply chain technology landscape.
Lead the upskilling program end-to-end — managing the three-tier progression framework (Pipeline → Certified → Center of Excellence), governing the developer persona curriculum, and curating skill badges, certification standards and training content while embedding Gen AI as an accelerator throughout the learning journey.
Build and scale the digital developer community at all levels — establishing a consistent, unified community model where division and local digital leads run localized communities in their own time zones consistently, orchestrating recruitment campaigns, community of practice sessions, group chats, competitions, the points program and recognition mechanisms that sustain engagement and drive measurable progression.
Connect enablement to business impact through HIVE project deployment — managing and governing the deployment of certified developers to strategic HIVE projects based on functional expertise, divisional alignment and capacity; tracking developer performance to ensure talent readiness translates into project delivery excellence.
Partner with HR, division leadership and GSC functional leads — integrating upskilling milestones into talent reviews, performance management and career development frameworks; reporting program KPIs and developer success stories to GSC Leadership Team to secure sustained investment and organizational buy-in.
Collaborate with division digital leads to drive collective success — partnering with division digital leads to co-own upskilling outcomes through joint planning, shared resources and unified standards; ensuring consistent program execution across all divisions while empowering local adaptation, building a scalable model where global strategy and local energy reinforce each other.
