Responsibilities
- Build and lead a high-performing team of DSAs to support innovative customers
- Accelerate the path to production by removing blockers and streamlining onboarding
- Ensure the team maintains technical excellence and stays updated on the company ecosystem
- Collaborate with various teams to create integrated customer plans fostering ROI
- Establish mechanisms for tracking customer workload progress and health
- Engage with key stakeholders as a thought leader for select DNB accounts
- Contribute to the DSA Practice for consistency and innovation across the organization
Qualifications
- 7+ years in customer-facing technical roles, including 3+ years in leadership positions
- Experience with cloud-based Lakehouse architectures and guiding migrations
- Proven ability to accelerate workloads to production on cloud-native platforms
- Deep understanding of distributed data systems and cloud architectures
- Hands-on experience with SQL and an Object-Oriented Programming Language (preferably Python or Scala)
- Expertise in Data and AI domains such as Analytics and Machine Learning
- Ability to manage escalations and operationalize customer success programs
