Manager, Deal Desk (Remote)

About the role

For our client, we are seeking a Manager Deal Desk (remote) to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space. This role will lead operational priorities focused on execution quality, efficiency, safety, and measurable performance outcomes. You will collaborate with field leadership, support functions, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve accountability, service delivery, and operational consistency. The position offers the opportunity to influence operational scale, customer outcomes, and organizational performance within a technology-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage deal desk operations including pricing requests, RFPs, and credit requests
• Establish and enforce SLAs and approval frameworks for timely deal resolutions
• Lead commercial negotiations for pricing agreements and deal structures
• Collaborate with Revenue Operations to ensure executable deal structures that comply with policies
• Support team development through coaching, feedback, and identifying training opportunities
• Participate in annual planning and resource allocation for the team

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience in deal desk, commercial pricing, or a related role in B2B SaaS or technology
• 1-3 years supervisory experience in managing a deal desk or commercial operations team
• Strong commercial acumen with experience in negotiating complex deals
• Deep understanding of deal desk operations and risk assessment
• Familiarity with CPQ or deal management platforms, preferably DealHub
• Proven skills in project management and handling high-volume workflows
• Strong cross-functional collaboration abilities with Sales, Revenue Operations, Finance, and Legal
