Manager Data Science

For a leader in the healthcare space, we are seeking a Manager of Data Science to join their team. This role leads work at the intersection of data, AI-enabled capabilities, and scalable technology delivery. You will partner with business, technical, and operational stakeholders to build reporting, surface trends, and translate analysis into action, strengthening data-driven execution and helping teams focus on the metrics that matter most within a healthcare environment.

Location: Remote – US-based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage global data scientists and engineers
• Oversee the design and deployment of machine learning models
• Guide experimentation and statistical analysis initiatives
• Adopt best practices in reporting and data integrity
• Drive adherence to data architecture standards and compliance policies
• Define and execute the data science and engineering roadmap
• Report product metrics and patient risk data to senior leadership

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline
• 8-12 years of industry experience
• 2-5 years of management or lead experience
• Expertise in GCP functions and Big Query
• Proficient in DBT, SQL, and Python

Pay

$141,800 – $236,400 annually
