Manager, Data Product Owner

About the role

The NFL's Data & Analytics team supports the Player Health & Safety (PH&S) organization by delivering trusted data, technology solutions, and actionable insights that help advance player safety across the League. The Manager, Data Product Owner will serve as the business owner for key Health & Safety data products and initiatives. This role will partner closely with business stakeholders, data and engineering teams, and external vendors to define priorities, drive product adoption, ensure data quality, and deliver scalable solutions that support critical health and safety programs. The ideal candidate combines strong product ownership, project delivery, stakeholder management, and data governance experience in a highly collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Own the lifecycle of assigned Health & Safety data products, ensuring solutions align with business objectives, user needs, and operational priorities.
• Partner with business stakeholders to define product vision, requirements, priorities, and roadmaps that maximize organizational value.
