Manager Data Analytics - Global Payment Network - Data Governance and Programs

About the Role

At Capital One, data is at the center of everything we do. The Manager, Data Analytics will join the Data Governance and Pricing (DGAP) team within the Global Payment Networks (GPN) to manage numerous data adjacent risks, including Network Conflict Risk (NCR), External Data Sharing (XDS), SCAN Findings, Privacy, Feature and Script Governance, GDPR, CCPA, Interchange Fee Prohibition Act, and more. The candidate will develop overarching programs, establish controls, and processes to mitigate risks across GGN, leveraging a mix of Data, Risk, and Project Management experience.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related) plus at least 6 years of data analytics experience, or Master’s Degree plus at least 4 years of data analytics experience
  • At least 4 years of professional data analysis work experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s Degree in a STEM discipline
  • At least 7 years of professional data analysis work experience
  • At least 4 years of experience with Python, R, Spark, or SQL
  • At least 1 year of people management experience
  • At least 1 year of project management experience
  • At least 1 year of experience in Tableau
  • Proficiency in AWS services

Pay

The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are:

  • McLean, VA: $164,800 - $188,100
  • Richmond, VA: $149,800 - $171,000
  • Riverwoods, IL: $149,800 - $171,000
  • Chicago, IL: $149,800 - $171,000

Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated. This role is also eligible for performance-based incentive compensation, including cash bonuses and/or long-term incentives (LTI).
