About the team
The team delivers comprehensive data analytics and business insights to support Marketplace Seller Support, Performance, and Risk operations for Walmart.com. Collaborating closely with Product and Engineering, it enhances user experience through advanced data analysis and BI/AI technologies. The team provides actionable recommendations, maintains business reviews, and supports multiple departments with tailored insights. Focused on driving informed decision-making, it leads cross-functional initiatives to optimize business strategies and operational performance while ensuring compliance and continuous improvement across the marketplace.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and implementation of compliance reporting strategies aligned with operational and customer requirements.
- Design, test, and validate business intelligence solutions to support data-driven decision making and risk mitigation.
- Manage cross-functional teams to deliver analytics projects, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely reporting.
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, key insights, and performance standards, presenting findings to stakeholders.
- Oversee upgrades and maintenance of reporting databases and tools, ensuring data quality and system documentation.
- Collaborate with internal and external partners to develop and implement advanced analytical models and reporting solutions.
- Provide leadership, mentoring, and development opportunities to team members while promoting continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Proven expertise in data analysis, business analytics, and data-driven decision making to support strategic objectives.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and reporting tools to develop, validate, and maintain compliance reporting and business intelligence solutions.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing complex analytics projects with effective stakeholder communication.
- Ability to design and implement statistical and heuristic models to identify trends, risks, and performance insights.
- Skilled in developing and executing risk mitigation plans and ensuring data quality and accuracy.
- Demonstrated capability in managing reporting databases and delivering actionable insights to business partners.

Pay
Annual salary ranges for this position:
- Bentonville, Arkansas: $80,000.00 - $155,000.00
- Bellevue, Washington: $96,000.00 - $186,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses and stock for certain positions.
