- Enable a "destination postcard" for managers to access insights, proven best practices, and associated data for coaching their teams.
- Identify factors causing friction in the inquiry process and analyze levers to reduce friction, such as improving analyst availability, reducing reschedules, and minimizing time lost clarifying coverage.
- Establish architecture and measurement of webinar performance, showcasing KPIs and identifying bright spots.
- Enhance interactions and events insights by improving scorecards, operational reviews, and dashboards, and automating ad-hoc reporting requests from BTI and other Gartner teams.

- Organize and structure large data sets to extract actionable insights and support data-driven decision-making.
- Lead efforts to automate existing dashboards, reports, and analyses to improve scalability and efficiency.
- Proactively identify, recommend, and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and business value.
- Develop clear, compelling outputs that communicate root causes and tell a coherent story to solve business challenges.
- Promote seamless collaboration within the team and facilitate knowledge sharing to drive collective success.
