for section headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and

for prose. Do NOT repeat job title as heading. Do NOT put Job ID/requisition numbers as headings. Remove boilerplate, duplicated lines, application instructions. Include a section ONLY when posting has real, specific content for it — never emit heading followed by filler/placeholder text. Prefer few substantive sections over many thin ones. Note: If you are a FINRA registered internal employee who is considering moving to a non-licensed role, you may want to proactively have a conversation with the hiring manger to understand the potential impact to your registrations before a final hiring decision is made. Salary Grade 5 Organization WI Strategy and Planning Category Business Analytics and Insights Employee Referral Bonus Fidelity’s Onsite Working Model Fidelity is transitioning to a full-time onsite working model through a phased rollout across regions and roles. Currently, some roles and locations require 100% onsite presence, while others require less. Onsite expectations are likely to evolve as the rollout continues. Those laws and regulations may restrict Fidelity from hiring and/or associating with individuals with certain Criminal Histories. We need to remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. Also remove note about immigration sponsorship? That's a note but maybe not boilerplate? It's a note about immigration sponsorship; might be considered legal? It's a note about not providing immigration sponsorship. Could be considered legal. Probably remove it. Also remove "Employee Referral Bonus" maybe not needed? It's a benefit? Might be considered benefit but not specific. The instruction: include a section ONLY when posting has real, specific content for it — never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text (e.g. "commensurate with experience", "not specified", "N/A", "varies", "TBD") and never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. We have Salary Grade 5 (pay). That's specific: Salary Grade 5. So we can include Pay section with that. Also we have hybrid working model details: schedule? It mentions hybrid working model, onsite expectations: Most roles listed as Hybrid will require associates to work onsite all business days of every other week in a Fidelity office. That's schedule info. So we can include Schedule section with that. Benefits: Not explicitly listed besides maybe Employee Referral Bonus (but that's not a benefit description). There's mention of hybrid working model benefits but not explicit benefits like health, 401k. So maybe we skip Benefits section unless we have specific content. The posting does not list benefits like health insurance, retirement, etc. So we should not create a Benefits section. We need sections: About the role (maybe "The Role" content), Responsibilities (maybe "The Work We Do Is Broken Down Into 4 Key Areas" etc), Requirements/Qualifications/Skills (maybe combine). The instruction: Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. So we could have sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements (or Skills). Could also have Team description as part of About the role. We need to use

    for section headings. Use
    • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and

for prose. We must preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. So we need to include all details from the posting, but we can format them. We need to avoid duplication. Let's extract substantive content: - Role description: traditional BI reporting role, focused on crafting data visualizations and reporting; not advanced analytics/data science. Performs activities: developing dashboards, automating processes to support business decision-making. Ideal candidate: strong business communicator with senior leaders, front-line managers and peers, collaborating to build actionable solutions. Individual contributor role, does not directly supervise staff. - Team: WI Business Intelligence part of broader WI Internal Analytics, Insights, and Reporting Group (WI IAIR). Distributed team of data analysts and visualization experts who provide performance reporting and scorecards for partners in WI Client and Participant Services Organization (WI CAPS). Collaborate with leaders at all levels to understand key questions and develop solutions. - Work areas (4 key areas): 1. Executive Reporting and Insights supporting Level 2 and Level 3 leaders: includes executive scorecards, analysis on performance, helping leaders 'tell the story' about what's happening in their organization and identify areas requiring action. 2. Research and Analysis: deeper understanding of root causes and drivers of change in KPIs. 3. Data Visualization: facilitate greater self-service analytics for mid-level and front-line leaders; includes collaborating with business to learn about processes and information needs, translating those needs into self-service, interactive BI solutions. 4. Innovation / Strategic Opportunities: improve existing solutions, build greater efficiencies, expand value. - Experience and Skills You Bring: - 3+ years’ experience in a business intelligence role, or similar. - Applied skills in visualization design and dashboard development using Power BI or similar tools is required. - Experience in or knowledge of the WI Client and Participant Services organization is helpful. - Proficiency consuming large, disparate data and ability to transform information into simple, repeatable, actionable insights. - Comfortable working autonomously, including capacity to work on multiple projects at one time. - Ability to build relationships and strategic partnerships with peers, partners, and key collaborators. - Critical thinking skills and attention to detail. - Innovation mentality, looking for efficiencies and process improvement opportunities. - The Value You Deliver: - Empowering business partners with information and insights that directly impact organizational goals. - Helping business partners improve performance results by identifying areas of opportunity and driving insights to action. - Allowing leaders and associates to 'Own the Outcome' by providing transparency into performance results vs. goals. - Enabling data-driven decision-making on the efficiency of critical initiatives / programs. - Educating business partners / customers to increase organizational data literacy. - Hybrid working model: blends onsite and offsite; majority onsite important for business strategy and culture; benefits of offsite valued. Most Hybrid roles require associates to work onsite all business days of every other week in a Fidelity office. Does not apply to Remote or Onsite roles. - Note about FINRA registered internal employee: maybe we can keep as a note? It's not boilerplate? It's a specific note about FINRA registration impact. Might be considered relevant but maybe not essential. The instruction: remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate. This note is about FINRA registration impact; could be considered legal. Might be safe to remove. However, it's not a standard boilerplate; it's a specific note. But to be safe, maybe we keep it as a note? The instruction says remove legal boilerplate. This is a legal note. I'd remove it. - Salary Grade 5. - Organization: WI Strategy and Planning. - Category: Business Analytics and Insights. - Employee Referral Bonus: maybe not needed. - Fidelity’s Onsite Working Model: transitioning to full-time onsite via phased rollout; some roles/locations require 100% onsite, others less; expectations likely to evolve; transition does not apply to fully remote roles. - Certifications Category: Business Analytics and Insights. - Legal provisions: lots of laws; maybe boilerplate; remove. We need to decide which sections to include. Potential sections: - About the role (could combine role description and team description) - Responsibilities (the 4 work areas) - Requirements/Skills (experience and skills you bring) - Value You Deliver (maybe as part of About the role or separate) - Pay (Salary Grade 5) - Schedule (Hybrid working model details) We should avoid too many sections; maybe combine About the role and Value You Deliver into one "About the role" section.
