Manager, Culture

For our client, we are seeking a Manager, Culture to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space. This role will shape manager and leadership development experiences that strengthen culture and support organizational growth across a global environment. You will lead programs that move from high-touch delivery to scalable, digital-first learning experiences while partnering closely with senior leaders and external coaches. The position also plays an important role in translating culture priorities into practical tools, resources, and experiences that can be used across the organization. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $100,000 – $120,000 annually Responsibilities Lead the design and launch of a scalable Manager Development Program Digitize and modernize existing development programs into self-service formats Review and recommend changes to the current development and culture portfolio Manage the Senior Leadership Program and participant experience Translate the culture manifesto into practical tools and experiences Facilitate culture and development programs for diverse audiences Design digital-first development products and support resources Qualifications 6+ years of experience in leadership, talent development, or culture programs within a global organization Experience designing and scaling manager development programs Proven track record managing senior leadership development and external coaching partners Skilled in converting high-touch programs into scalable digital solutions Strong facilitation skills for both virtual and in-person sessions Ability to simplify complex information and make clear decisions Polished communication skills for advising senior leaders Benefits Flexible working environment Volunteer time off Access to LinkedIn Learning Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
