Manager, CRM
About the role
The Manager, CRM is a member of the Corporate Global CRM team dedicated to FTI’s largest business segment, corporate finance. We are looking for an individual who is a strategist that can influence senior practitioners, and can execute. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical and business background in sales operations, specifically business intelligence insights and reporting and BD tools like CRM.
Responsibilities
- Develop, execute, optimize and maintain the processes and procedures within the CRM that will support Corporate Finance & Restructuring’s CRM strategy and priorities
- Manage and increase adoption of BD tools to maximize opportunities and client relationships to generate revenue for the Corporate Finance segment globally
- Develop onboarding and ongoing training of BD tools for Corporate Finance segment users to raise awareness of BD tools and increase adoption and engagement
- Generate pipeline reporting and business intelligence, coordinating with the Corporate Finance team where necessary, proactively and in response to ad hoc requests from stakeholders
- Partner with the VP of Marketing in Corporate Finance to establish KPIs, measurement, reporting and insights plans
- Research and analyze CRM/finance data to support BD account planning, campaigns, and activities
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business or closely related field
- 5+ years of professional Sales operations, business intelligence, and or CRM experience
- Ability to travel as needed
Qualifications
- 3+ years for intermediate-level PowerBI with complex reporting and semantic model development
- 2+ years related experience for Salesforce or equivalent CRM
- 1+ SQL and/or Python script coding or equivalent educational training
- Experience in an analytical, marketing, client development or business development role strongly preferred, with experience using Salesforce CRM or equivalent, BoardEx or ExecAtlas, LinkedIn or similar databases, and/or marketing automation platform

Pay
Minimum Pay: $116,500
Maximum Pay: $204,000
