Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with production peers, providing insights into their needs and challenges
- Design and moderate forums where filmmakers can discuss real issues and gather learnings
- Manage internal knowledge infrastructure, turning insights into actionable guidance for Studio teams
- Represent the company in industry discussions, bringing back valuable intelligence to inform internal strategies
- Educate and synthesize production community insights for internal teams, helping them navigate complex challenges
Qualifications
- 10+ years in production or closely related field, with hands-on experience in creative teams' needs
- Established trust and credibility with filmmakers through real work, not just affiliation
- Belief in the value of patience in innovation, focusing on trust-building within communities
- Experience in change management in creative settings, guiding teams through periods of uncertainty
- Strong viewpoint on creative technology with the ability to differentiate hype from value
- Exceptional listening and communication skills for both creative and technical communities
- Proven track record in designing and facilitating impactful industry conversations
