Manager, Corporate Strategy & Portfolio Management

About the team
The Strategy and Business Development team is responsible for the overall development, implementation, and progress of strategic business targets. This includes identifying, evaluating, and negotiating acquisitions, partnerships, alliances, and joint ventures, as well as directing the planning and preparation of business proposals for senior management.
Responsibilities
- Assist with day-to-day management of one of Whirlpool’s minority interests
- Build recurring financial reports and update forecasts for Portfolio
- Own 2-3 quarterly competitive intelligence reports to send to senior leadership
- Assist with creation of Board, Senior Leader, or other Executive Committee materials
- Support M&A transactions as needed
- Limited travel required
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 3+ years of Business Analyst / Associate experience
- 2+ years of experience in project management or change management
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA
- Experience in management consulting, investment banking, or private equity
- Strong communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
- Experience delivering on short time frames and meeting deadlines
- International experience (personal or professional)

Schedule
- Onsite role located in Benton Harbor, MI
- Comprehensive relocation package available for eligible candidates
- In-person work Monday through Friday
- Always On Flexibility: Autonomy to manage personal, family, and outside-of-work commitments as needed
- Two-Week Work from Anywhere: Minimum of one-week increments for a total of two weeks per year
- Sabbatical: Four weeks paid leave after every five years of service
