Manager, Corporate FP&A

For our client, we are seeking a Manager, Corporate FP&A to join the team of a leader in the Business Services space. This role will own core corporate planning and analysis processes that support company-wide decision-making and financial discipline. You will lead forecasting, reporting, and modeling efforts while partnering closely with G&A and R&D stakeholders to improve visibility into performance and headcount planning. The position also plays an important role in annual and long-range planning, helping translate financial results into clear insights for leadership. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $138,200 – $198,700 annually Responsibilities Own monthly and quarterly financial cadences, including close packages and forecast updates Lead and maintain consolidated financial forecasts and corporate models Deliver recurring and ad hoc financial reporting, including P&L summaries and variance analyses Partner with G&A and R&D teams to drive financial accountability Help build and maintain scalable planning tools and processes Contribute to company-wide planning cycles, including the Annual Plan and Long Range Plan Translate financial results and KPIs into actionable business insights Qualifications 4+ years of experience in finance, with 2+ years in FP&A at a high-growth company Strong modeling and analytical skills; able to build financial models independently Experience managing headcount and operating expense forecasts Familiarity with compensation strategy and planning preferred Strong business partnering skills to influence cross-functional teams Highly organized and self-motivated; thrives in fast-paced environments Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; SQL/Looker experience is a plus Experience with SaaS or PLG business models is advantageous Benefits Equity and company bonus opportunities 401(k) plan At least 10 paid holidays per year and flexible PTO Parental leave and employee assistance programs Global travel coverage Life, AD&D, STD, and LTD insurance FSA/HSA and comprehensive medical, dental, and vision benefits Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
