This role will support financial discipline around P&L visibility, margin improvement, and business performance. You will partner with executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to improve planning processes, financial discipline, controls, and resource allocation. The position offers the opportunity to influence enterprise performance and scalable financial operations within a technology-driven environment.
Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Responsibilities
- Review and approve all corporate FP&A outputs before distribution to key stakeholders
- Own the quality standard with zero unexplained variances in deliverables
- Lead the annual operating plan process, including timelines and presentations
- Set and improve deadlines for FP&A close calendar and processes
- Manage and develop the FP&A team, conducting regular performance reviews
- Approve quarterly automation roadmap from the Finance Engineer
- Build trusted relationships through consistent financial insight across departments
Qualifications
- 7+ years in FP&A, commercial finance, or management consulting
- Proven ability to run a monthly financial close cycle end-to-end
- Experience producing board or investor-level financial materials
- Strong stakeholder management, comfortable presenting to CFO and C-suite
- Background in a high-growth technology or SaaS business preferred
- Experience managing or mentoring junior analysts
- Exceptional financial narrative skills to inform decision-making
- Advanced in Google Sheets/Excel, comfortable with large, complex models
- Experience with NetSuite or equivalent ERP
- Structured thinker, capable of designing and documenting processes
- Commercially curious with understanding of business models vs P&L
- Desire to learn about data science and AI applications in finance
- High attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines
Pay
$120,000 – $145,000 annually
