Manager, Corporate Finance

JOB SUMMARY

Support CFO with corporate and project-level growth, including capital planning, capital markets initiatives, and equity and debt financing. Support business development through financial modeling and deal structuring for distributed energy merchant projects, small-scale BTM projects and Data Centers focused on thermal energy and battery storage.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Engineering, or related field plus 6 years of experience in the following:
  • conducting quantitative and qualitative financial analysis in a power or energy-focused accounting or finance role;
  • Excel and complex financial modeling;
  • GAAP accounting;
  • presenting financial data clearly in Excel and PowerPoint.
