Manager - Corporate Disbursements

This role will lead operational priorities where safety, quality, compliance, and execution discipline are central to success. You will collaborate with field leadership, support functions, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve accountability, service delivery, and operational consistency within a consumer-facing environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily accounting activities for general ledger and ensure compliance
• Manage research to assess accounting implications of operational changes
• Develop and enhance financial/processing administration systems and programs
• Implement process improvements and new policies
• Coordinate department budget preparation and performance monitoring
• Supervise and mentor financial accounting staff
• Oversee enterprise disbursement operations and maintain payment oversight

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field
• Experience with automated accounting and cash processes
• Proficient in financial report preparation using programming languages and spreadsheets
• Skilled in evaluating and using various software packages
• Experienced in staff management and project/process management
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities

Pay

$115,000 – $125,000 annually
