Manager, Consolidations & Business Ventures

About the role

This position oversees the company’s financial consolidation process while supporting strategic business initiatives, acquisitions, and new venture activities. The Manager will handle consolidated financial close, special transactions, financial reporting, cash-flow analysis, internal controls, and month-end close.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly income statements
• Manage the month-end close process
• Handle financial research efforts and conclusions
• Perform strategic financial analysis
• Complete balance sheet account reconciliations
• Generate statutory reports
• Coordinate financial reporting components of the external audit
• Manage internal controls over financial reporting
• Assist with capital market transactions
• Ad hoc projects as requested

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
• 6+ years of progressive accounting/consolidations experience
• CPA preferred
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Strong GAAP knowledge
• Proven experience with large ERP and consolidation systems
• Ability to research and interpret accounting guidance
