Responsibilities
- Lead the execution of enterprise-wide compensation strategies aligned with organizational goals
- Advise HR and executive leadership on compensation philosophy and pay equity
- Manage and mentor the compensation team, overseeing key initiatives
- Administer salary structures and job architecture frameworks
- Ensure consistent application of compensation programs across all departments
- Collaborate on compensation offers with HR and Talent Acquisition
- Design and manage incentive programs aligned with performance
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR, business, finance, healthcare administration, or similar required
- Minimum six (6) years of progressive compensation experience, healthcare experience preferred
- At least two (2) years in leadership or management roles preferred
- Proficient with Workday HRIS and compensation software
- Expertise in compensation program design and market analysis
- Experience with both clinical and non-clinical compensation
- Strong analytical and financial modeling abilities
- Knowledge of compensation regulations and compliance standards
