Manager, Communications

Key Responsibilities

• Oversight of the annual communications calendar and campaign messaging.
• Ensuring a consistent brand voice across all channels.
• Partnering with internal engagement team on audience-facing communications including emails, website copy, announcements, press releases, and campaign messaging.
• Developing messaging frameworks, FAQs, and communication briefs for key initiatives.
• Serving as the voice of the brand, supporting the execution of email and SMS marketing efforts, and influencer partnerships.
• Building and nurturing relationships with the fan community across Facebook Groups and other online platforms.
• Driving audience engagement, advocacy, and year-round participation.
• Monitoring community sentiment and identifying opportunities, trends, and potential issues.
• Advise on strategy, messaging, and community insights.
• Developing social content calendars and coordinating with the Content team to bring campaigns to life.
• Monitoring performance and optimizing content based on audience insights.
• Partnering with Marketing, Creative, Partnerships, Ticketing, and Operations teams to ensure coordinated campaign execution.
• Working closely with the internal Content team, which is responsible for graphic design and visual asset creation.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in communications, community management, social media, or a related marketing role.
• Exceptional writing and storytelling skills.
• Experience managing brand social media channels and online communities.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Ability to think strategically while executing at a high level.
• Experience in festivals, entertainment, music, sports, hospitality, or consumer brands is a plus.

Pay

The estimated salary range for this position is competitive and includes medical/dental/vision/401k benefits. This represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of DWP's total compensation package for employees.

Schedule

This position is based in Nashville. Hybrid working schedule, 4 days in office.
