The Commercial Insights Manager leads a team responsible for delivering analytics and insights that support client and program performance. This role oversees the development of high-quality reporting, analysis, and recommendations that help clients and internal stakeholders make informed business decisions. Working closely with cross-functional teams and external clients, the Commercial Insights Manager ensures the timely delivery of accurate, actionable insights while fostering strong client relationships and operational excellence. This role also supports the development of team members, drives process improvements, and contributes to the continued evolution of reporting and analytics capabilities across the Commercial Insights function. Key Responsibilities Strategic & Operational Leadership Execute analytics strategies that support client and organizational objectives while driving measurable program impact.Lead the delivery of high-quality analytical insights and reporting for assigned clients and internal stakeholders.Support the development and continuous improvement of analytics frameworks, reporting standards, and operational processes.Identify opportunities to improve reporting, workflows, and service delivery to enhance team efficiency and client value.Translate complex data into actionable insights that support operational and commercial decision-making. Team Leadership & Organizational Development Lead, coach, and develop a team of Commercial Insights professionals, providing ongoing performance feedback and career development support.Participate in recruiting, onboarding, and training new team members.Foster a collaborative, accountable, and high-performing team culture focused on quality, innovation, and continuous improvement.Delegate work effectively while balancing team workload and ensuring timely, high-quality deliverables.Mentor team members to strengthen analytical, communication, and client management skills.Client Leadership & Strategic PartnershipServe as a primary analytics partner for assigned clients, providing consultative insights and recommendations that support program success.Oversee the preparation, quality, and presentation of recurring client deliverables, including executive reporting and Quarterly Business Reviews.Manage multiple client priorities simultaneously while ensuring alignment with internal stakeholders.Build strong relationships with clients through consistent delivery, proactive communication, and trusted analytical support.Participate in client meetings to communicate program performance, analytical findings, and recommendations. Advanced Analytics & Insights Enablement Lead the development of reports, dashboards, and analyses that provide meaningful business insights.Ensure data accuracy and consistency through established quality assurance processes.Identify trends, risks, and opportunities within program data and communicate actionable recommendations.Partner with Operations, Technology, and other cross-functional teams to enhance reporting capabilities and analytics processes.Support the implementation of new reporting tools, metrics, and analytical methodologies.Cross-Functional Leadership & Organizational ImpactCollaborate with Operations, Client Services, IT, and other internal teams to support client initiatives and operational improvements.Support KPI reporting and performance measurement initiatives across assigned programs.Contribute to cross-functional projects that improve reporting, data quality, and client experience.Present analytical findings and recommendations to internal leadership and client stakeholders.Develop clear, compelling narratives that communicate complex data to diverse audiences.
