Manager, Coe Clincal Business

About the Role

The Manager, Coe Clinical Business is responsible for managing non-clinical, administrative activities for the Division. Responsibilities include all aspects of patient scheduling, registration, patient billing, as well as facilities maintenance. Participates in the preparation and monitoring of capital budgets and the clinical component of the operating budget. Prepares analytical reports for financial, administrative, and/or programmatic planning.

Schedule

Day Shift, will vary based on clinic schedule.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in the medical field in delivery of healthcare services, preferably in a faculty practice or hospital outpatient setting.
• 3+ years of management experience preferred.
• Experience at CHLA preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Master’s degree in Hospital Administration, Business Administration, Public Health, or Nursing preferred.
• Equivalent combination of relevant education and experience may be considered.
